Subculturing: Protocol: Remove medium, add fresh 0.25% trypsin, 0.53mM EDTA solution for 2 to 5 minutes, remove trypsin, add fresh medium, aspirate and dispense into new Bovine Collagen type l （0.03 mg/ml） coated flasks. Differentiation is enhanced by reducing the sera to 2% each.
